I was born in Houston, Texas, and attended Westbury Christian School, where I was a member of the National Honor Society, captain of the basketball team, and a member of the varsity state champions basketball team. I went on to earn a Bachelors then a Master’s Degree. I became interested in pursuing law after I realized how much I enjoyed law discussions with my mother who is an attorney.
The most important factors that helped me choose BSL are the affordable cost and that classes are taught by practicing lawyers and judges.
I always heard that going to law school would change the way I saw the world. If you are interested in attending law school in the near future, or will be attending law school, speak to as many law graduates as possible to see what others have experienced.
In the years that I was a student at Birmingham School of Law, I met some really fun and interesting people. I am now a practicing attorney dedicated to immigration law with a focus on family, business, deportation, and appeals.
