Fast-paced litigation law firm seeks Paralegal with minimum five years of civil litigation experience. Responsibilities include: review and index document productions; draft and manage discovery; manage case management matrix; review and summarize medical records; prepare, serve and manage subpoenas; research social media civil and criminal backgrounds; manage key documents for witness interviews, deposition and trials; and assist with deposition, trial and mediation preparation.
Extensive computer, software and database expertise is strongly desired. Document management software, Pacer, Alacourt, and Westlaw experience required. Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, effectively manage multiple deadlines, and be a dependable team player with the ability to work independently. Excellent organizational skills, strong writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail are required.
