Transcript Requests

To request an official transcript, complete the fields to the left and include the following:

Name and address of transcript recipient
Your Social Security number
Your date of graduation from BSL

Each official transcript costs $5.00. You may call 205-322-6122 and pay by Visa, MC, or Amex [$1. convenience fee added for use of card over the phone], or you may mail a check to the address on this page. Transcripts will be mailed within one week of receipt of payment.
